City of Erie residents and visitors are being reminded of the change in the city’s residential parking regulations that go into effect Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 and continue through Saturday, October 31st, 2015.

In an effort to reduce delay and energy consumption at signals, the City of Erie has conducted traffic studies at several intersections. As a result of the study, the traffic signal at West 11th Street & Cherry Street is being considered for removal.

The “Happiest 5K on the Planet” Will Mark its Second Year in Downtown Erie August 8

The Erie Sports Commission is pleased to announce The Color Run will return to Downtown Erie for the second time on Saturday, August 8, 2015. The run, dubbed “The Happiest 5K on the Planet,” saw a sell-out crowd of 10,900 participants in its first year in Erie. The stop will be part of the event series’ “Shine Tour 2015.
